Fish (tuna) tacos

My husband LOVES fish tacos whenever we go out to Mexican food restaurants it’s what he orders. His favorite to date come from a chain restaurant (HORRORS!) called Acapulcos. This was my attempt at copying them.

1 pound Tuna sliced to be 1/2-3/4 inch thick
2 cups shreded cabbage
6 tortillas (I prefer corn, but flour would be good as well)
Cilantro sauce*

Grill your fish over high heat until pink inside, depending on the quality of your BBQ this will take approximately 2-4 minutes per side. Warm the tortillas on the grill. To assemble slather cilantro sauce on tortillas a small handful of cabbage and top with fish, serve immediately.

-optional top with salsa

*cilantro sauce, I found a brand I’m happy with called Nonna Lena’s, I’m thinking that a couple of handfuls of fresh cilantro blended with hummus would be ok or even a pesto made with cilantro.
